We were able to fully recharge each night with a very good night’s sleep! We enjoyed the river view, the breakfast and also the fitness and wellness area!!! "

"We have stayed here before and will Do again. Although it’s a youth hostel - nobody feels unwelcome. The staff are very friendly and helpful. It is situate a very short walk from Charleroi central train and bus station. There are lifts to all floors and everybody is catered for here. Breakfast is included in the price and there is plenty to fill yourself up. No cooked food other than boiled eggs - but they’re were lovely. Unless you really object to making up your own bed and stripping it at the end of your stay you will be well Looked after by the staff. Enjoy the youth hostel you’ll meet a lot of nice people and from various countries."

"I understand that Ibis is a budget hotel, so I wasn't expecting luxury. However, not having basic amenities like a phone or TV in the room is quite surprising. If a guest needs anything, they're expected to physically go to the reception. I also needed to book a taxi to the airport, and the receptionist was extremely rude. When I inquired about the lack of a phone and TV, the response was simply, 'It is what it is.' This level of service is unacceptable. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone."

"Ideal for an overnight stay for early flight out of Charleroi airport, with a shuttle service to and from airport. Clean, comfortable and decent value. Small Italian restaurant 5 minute walk away was outstanding too."
