"We arrived the first night and didn’t you no where to go due to there being no sign on the property. The gate had a lock on it and a beware of dog sign on it, so we had to go pay to stay somewhere else the first night. When we asked the for owner for compensation she told us to go through Expedia and she wasn’t wiling to do anything. There were no housekeeping services provided, there were no towels, soap and the sheets were filthy. We had to ask for toilet paper. The worst part is that the room...

They were always available to show me the best places around Port Antonio and its beautiful surroundings... The localization of the cabin is simply perfect. "From arrival to departure the staff were amazing. We were also lucky enough to meet Steve one of the owners of the resort and he was great, took time to welcome all the guests at dinner individually. The food and drinks were great. All the staff were very friendly and attentive without being too much. The accommodation and view's were amazing. It was my first visit to Geejam but it certainly will not be my last, I love it!!!"

"I booked two identical rooms and my friends room was noticeably smaller and not the same design on the wall so that was a bit meh but the stay was still great. Beautiful property, very nice pool. Complimentary breakfast that came with my stay was excellent. The room key was missing and the front desk person was nonchalant but again I only stayed one night so I didnt press the issue. When in Portland I would definitely stay there again."

"This place has certainly gone down hill like a horror movie from the 70s scene dated furniture blood on curtain splatters from misquote swatting along with greece stains the bathroom had rusty facutes with missing cover plates oxidation on the door handles bathroom mixed matched tiles. Great location but this place needs a serious overall bottom line.For a big property like this it should have more amenities such as a pool and decent restaurant "

Cute little spot, great value, friendly service

"Cute little spot in the jungle near all the best bits of Port Antonio. Steep 5 minute drive up the hill, you might spot some fireflies on the way if you're lucky. Great service with a particular shout out to Trudy at breakfast whose smile and fun nature made every morning a treat. In the midst of an upgrade and some design choices might not be to my taste but it's incredibly good value for money and that panoramic view from the bar is unforgettable! "
