ABOUT THE HOME & LAYOUT: This updated spacious log cabin is conveniently located just minutes from 285. It's at a lower elevation than most mountain homes, which aids in easier access and altitude adjustment. Unwind under the stars in the brand new 6-person hot tub or gather around the gas firepit. Indoors, a world of entertainment awaits with a full-sized pool table, dart board, poker table, game room w/ bunks. The heart of the home is the Great Room with vaulted log-beamed ceilings and panoramic views. Upstairs, the loft overlooks the Great Room and has a work station and 3 bedrooms, one of these is the master with walk out deck. The lower level is an entertainment hub with wet bar, TV and additional seating. Another king-sized bedroom is nestled in the lofted attic with additional King Bed in curtained off section of the back cabin off of the 2nd living room and 2nd kitchen.
Note: ☀️ Summertime - It is important to note that Mountain homes and Condos in Colorado do not have Central Air Conditioning.
😎 The good news is, the nights are always cool (average between 45-55 degrees), and therefore our Mountain homes can be kept cool by opening windows, running ceiling fans and our provided stand alone fans in each bedroom, and by welcoming the fresh Mountain air in :)
The County prohibits open burns (bonfires) on the property. A gas fire pit is provided on the deck with propane. We don't accept check-in/check-outs on Thanksgiving or Christmas Day. If booked for these dates, we will need to modify or cancel the reservation.
