El Lobo Lodge w/Hot Tub

Come enjoy this brand new build with million dollar views of the mosquito range, from the hot tub! Luxury furnishings and plenty of room. Modern floor plan with a gas fireplace. Fully equipped kitchen furnished w/ stainless steel appliances, Keurig and traditional brew coffee maker. Gather around the dining table, or take it outside to the deck and enjoy the BBQ grill. Main floor master with cozy king size bed. Washer/Dryer. Tons of opportunities nearby for mountain biking, hiking, and fishing and just 22 miles from skiing and restaurants at Breckenridge.

A King and 2 Queens with 2 couches and additional kids foam mats for the living room available. Please make sure to have good winter tires or chains and preferably 4 wheel or all wheel drive when accessing in the winter.
No smoking in or near the house. There will be a $500 cleaning fee if you smoke anything in or near the house.

No Pets. $500 fee for violations.

Please shower BEFORE using the hot tub. Once during your stay add half a cup of shock from the bucket under the stairs of the hot tub. Please put the cover back on and buckle the straps whenever it is not in use. There is a $150 fee if the hot tub is left in poor condition after your stay and I have to pay a guy to change the water.

Please discard all trash and bottles in the trash cans.

Check out is 10 am. If you need more time, please call Russ. If the cleaning crew can accommodate the change they will. If you are still here when the cleaning crew arrives at 10, you will be charged a late checkout fee of $100.
