"The house not clean enough. Garage was locked. Matter wire was sticking out and there was risk of injury. When requested for extension of one night, the was very uncooperative and argued back saying he would change $1000 per night. The place was beautiful but accommodation not really recommendable. The aircon in the main area took hours to warm, we weren't able to use the fireplace, the property doesn't have the capacity to cope with anywhere near the number of people specified - ran out of water, no hot water, septic system failed after 30 hours. On reporting the issue with the septic system prior to checking out, the Agent, without approval, used our credit card to pay the plumber's account.
