A historical city landmark, the Summit Street Inn provides you with a unique opportunity to experience charming downtown Fairhope. Originally built in 1925 as the New Fairhope Hotel, the Inn has been tastefully restored and preserved. Situated between the Fairhope pier and the iconic Fairhope clock this location is unbeatable. The Inn is walking distance to downtown shops, eateries, art galleries, community events, the Fairhope Pier and beach, parks and walking trails on Mobile Bay. Parking is provided onsite for approximately four cars.

Girl’s Getaway
This house was the perfect location and size for a girl’s getaway weekend. The house is a block away from town and the pier is a quick walk away. We had a wonderful time!

Very clean and everything was exactly as advertised. You will not find a better area. Shelley is a wonderful person, and her graciousness and class perfectly embody the area as a whole. Highly recommend.

The Perfect Setting
The Summit Inn is the perfect place if you’re looking for the Fairhope experience. Downtown Fairhope is literally two blocks away. The Inn itself is charming and well maintained. You don’t rent the entire home, as would normally be the case with VRBO, so you don’t enjoy 100% privacy, but it wasn’t a major issue. All in all it was a great visit at The Summit Inn.

Great location and the best host!
Perfect location for walking to everything in downtown Fairhope. There were 8 women attending the Fairhope arts and crafts festival and we could not have been more comfortable and pleased with this property. Will definitely stay there again.
