"I'll start by saying the receptionist was very kind, but unable to help. A mistake was made and i was given a smoking room, instead of nonsmoking. The breezeway and my room smelt terrible. The blankets, pillows, everything. So make sure to verify nonsmoking if you want it. The pictures isn't at all what my room looked like. The remodel must've been done by drunkin, blind man. "We had a great stay. Plenty of room and it had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable. It is right by Baylor. Near the Magnolia Silos. Grocery stores nearby. Seamless process checking in/out. Overall a great experience! "

"Had a nice stay at the Country Cutie. Everything was as advertised on the VRBO listing. The only problem was very minor, the handle on the silverware drawer was not attached. Otherwise it was great. "

"We enjoyed the views and fishing off the dock. The house is set up well. The sliding glass doors and windows give it a very open feel and allow great views from the house. The yard is also well kept and peaceful. "
