Comfortable room, bed and towels. Laundry facility too busy. Dog feces on stairway was cleaned up. Friendly staff. Safe area. Light breakfast.

There was no restroom in the lobby for my grandkids to use before we were able to FINALLY get in a room. The worst was the homeless people, the other patrons at the hotel, and the stench of marijuana. I didn’t feel safe. BUT the staff , both when I checked in at 4:30 and before I left at 9:30 the following morning excelled in customer service!!

Linda We stood 3 nights beds weren't comfortable.We expected to use pool or Jacuzzi wasn't available , there was only one ice Machine for whole property.. Breakfast wasnt like most places I've been. Wanted waffles or eggs. .Just was disappointed..Did enjoy everything we. Needed food stores they were close by that was a plus.

Pool and spa were closed even though water looked very clear. Overflowing trashcan outside for 2 days. Walkways to room were dirty as well as the railings. Housekeeping was good though, room was old but clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast room was well kept and clean too. Room for improvement at this motel but overall average for the price.
