The Fairfield Bay Lodge Boats & UTV Ready

Welcome to the Fairfield Bay paradise. A family friendly and welcoming home with 3 acres of land and privacy to enjoy the beauties of Fairfield Bay. Bring your boats & ATVs with our Large boat port & large massive driveway, you will have no problem bringing the toys! After a long day on the lake, take it easy around the indoor fireplace, or our outdoor pit with plenty of seating & cozy lighting. When the kids are tired of fun in the sun, enjoy the arcade room and plenty of games around the home!

If you didn’t feel up at the plenty restaurants in the bay, we have a fully equipped kitchen ready to be used.

We do have security cameras facing the driveway, front door, lawn, and fire pit

Great quiet place
This was a great house. There is a grocery store in Fairfield bay that is great. The house was clean. Kelly and the property owner were fast to respond. GPS liked to take us down dirt roads to get to the house, with a map we were able to find a direct way to Clinton. We were there for decoration day and for my father in laws alumni banquet and we were comfortable. The area is very quiet. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Memorial Day Family Trip
We had a fabulous time during our stay. Property manager was sweet to make sure arrival went smooth and checked on things during storms. House was perfect for us all and plenty of room. We had lots of fun playing the games at the house. Only thing I would suggest for visitors to bring storage bowls or bowls to cook dips in. Very minor thing I know but I thought that I had thought of everything, LOL!! Highly recommend this for any upcoming stay.

The facility was pleasant, roomy, quiet, and in a beautiful wooded setting. The owner responded promptly to issues. But several things were not in order upon our arrival: there was NO toilet paper anywhere in the house (we needed to go out to buy some); the master bed had only a bottom sheet which made me wonder how many others used the cover blanket before me! (The next day we found a top sheet on a shelf in the laundry room); the living room floor and rug were full of dog hair and dust and the dining floor had more of the same (I sent a photo of what I swept up to the owner and he immediately arranged for new cleaners to come and clean up during our stay); we were told to place the trash in 2 large bins near the mailbox, but there were no bins anywhere within sight. I finally found an empty bin in a closed storage shed near the car port. There was no bottle opener, can opener or wine bottle opener. The owner promised a refund of the cleaning fee but we have received nothing as of this date (5 days after checking out).
