You're invited to visit and enjoy a relaxing stay in this tastefully decorated townhouse located off the County Parkway in Fairfax in a community that is safe and picturesque.

Your brightly lit and very large Master Bedroom with its own independent bathroom has 2 large windows facing the East. It also includes a desk, full and day bed, and smart TV. This is on the second level of the townhouse. The bedroom includes an in-suote bathroom that's excluding to your room, i.e., no one else accesses that besides you.
My master bedroom is on the 2nd floor as well, across from yours.

The first level - the living space includes: the tastefully furnished living and dining room, a well-equipped and updated kitchen, half bath, and huge deck that's also furnished with relaxing anti gravity chairs and grill. You will be sharing this 1st level space with me.

Townhouse Location:
in the Franklin Glen community, which's known for the very safe, clean, and quiet neighborhood. It hosts a huge pool, tennis courts, parks, hiking, and biking trails...all moments from the home, and accessible to you! For a small community fee, you can also access the benefits of the community pool and tennis courts!

Guest Access:
As described above, you get access to various additional spaces within the house, including laundry room on the basement level.
Additionally, please note access to various amenities within the community.

Also, note:
The walkout basement is an independent apartment that is also listed on VRBO. The only likely contact you will have with the guest there is by invitation... or chance encounter in the shared laundry room!
