"The apartment location, concierge, and overall cleanliness was great. However, several appliances (toaster was there but the parts were missing, washer making banging sounds during use,etc.) were broken and/or unusable, walls and furniture looked worn and in many cases dirty - we found stains on the sofa cushions (unclear whether they had been cleaned) + stains on the bedding which were only partially cleaned- and it was difficult to get anyone to respond to concerns. "Frontdesk was not aware of the reservation. Though friendly and welcoming not very helpful. Response with host was slow. Unit was clean. Bathroom towels were few, small and inexpensive, No hand towels. Bathroom tissue was scarce for 4 adults for 4 days. There were no Kleenex tissues. There were only 3 drinking glasses total in the unit for 4 adults. Kitchen utensils were few. Ice maker was inadequate."
