It was in a high crime area. The property was old and worn out. The staff was terrible. I will never visit a Best Western again. Terrible, Terrible.

The staff was incredibly welcoming upon arrival even though it was late. They continued to be welcoming and kind the rest of our stay. Our room was clean and we had everything we needed at all times during our stay. Many little places to eat, get gas, etc. around the property and we didn’t have to deal with traffic. Would definitely recommend this property for anyone looking for a place to stay in/around Atlanta!

The hotel has inadequate sound insulation between the rooms, which is very difficult to correct after construction. There are a huge number of restaurants of many different kinds within easy driving distance (a mile or two).

The bathroom was beyond dirty. It looked like there was dried throw up in the tum and the sheets had stains on it like it was dry pee. It made my feet ball up how dirty this room was.
