About this property

Entire place

You'll have the entire home to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

It is a tiny home in the treehouse located in the middle of Fairbanks.

This beautifully designed tree house is perfect for your romantic getaway. Designed by "Treehouse Masters" Pete Nelson, this build is packed with tons of architectural whimsy. The treehouse has a queen sized bed upstairs that is accessed by a spiral staircase. There is a kitchenette with a keurig coffee maker, kettle, toaster oven/air fryer, mini fridge and hot plate. There is no running water in the treehouse so there a gray water system for the sink.
The treehouse is located in Fairbanks.

There is a key pad to access the property so no one has to check you in. But we are a short phone call away if there are an issues or questions.

Located in the heart of Fairbanks, this treehouse is centrally located. There will be some train and plane noise.

You have private access to your treehouse. The bathhouse, hot tubs and grills are shared with all 8 units on the property.

The treehouse is a cozy 150 sq ft. It has 2 leather chairs for relaxing, a spiral staircase to the queen bed upstairs with the tv. There is also a custom built in hammock/cargo net for relaxing. The treehouse has no running water. It has a water jug for drinking, washing hands, dishes and cooking. There is a dry flush toilet for your use in the treehouse. There is a shared bathhouse a short walk from your treehouse that has 2 beautiful bathrooms with walk in showers and a shared laundry with 2 washers and dryers.
There is mini fridge and freezer in your treehouse. It also has a microwave, hot plate, kettle and keurig coffee maker. There are also 2 shared bbq grills next to the 2 hot tubs surrounding the bathhouse.

We recommend renting a vehicle (4 wheel drive or AWD in the spring, winter and fall) as Fairbanks is spread out.

Guests will use a detached luxury bathhouse for showers and flush toilet, barrel sauna and hot tubs. There is no running water in the treehouses, each treehouse has a dry flush canister toilet and water jug for washing and drinking water. The treehouses are designed for movement so a little swaying in the wind is normal.
You must be able to climb up a steep staircase/ladder to enter the bedroom/loft of the treehouse.
There is a ring video camera that is placed on the back of the lodge building that is actively recording the entrance and bathhouse area for security.
There are 4 treehouses on the property.
The property is located right in the middle of Fairbanks.

Solo Aurora Trip
This treehouse was a wonderful stay. The check-in was easy, just a code for the door. Made it very easy when my plane landed at 0200 and an exhausted traveler just wanted to sleep. The house was warm and welcoming. Spacious enough for me. The bed was so comfortable. The kitchenette was well stocked. The host was very responsive to my questions. I would definitely stay here again.

This was a beautiful treehouse with everything you could ever need! Everything was top notch and just as described. The treehouse stayed warm and cozy throughout our entire stay. It did make lots of creaks and squeaks, but I enjoyed it. We had wind gust up to 25mph almost every day we were there and at times the house would sway, but again I didn’t mind. The bath house had everything you could need and was always super clean! We had to leave a day early and wasn’t refunded for that night, but other than that it was amazing. I would stay there again in a heartbeat! The northern lights also showed out 2 nights we were there and were easily seen from the tree house.

This was a prefect place to whisk my college freshmen away from dorm life yet close enough to campus by car that no classes were missed. Staring the day in the hot tub and finishing snuggled up in the big, super comfy bed was amazing. And telling people that I was staying in a treehouse was so much fun.

Wouldnt think twice about staying again!
Very cool place to stay on our first trip to fairbanks. Central to many downtown locations but still feels off the beaten path. Very impressed by small details and decorations that give a luxory feel. Will stay here again.
