Perfect little getaway on a dead end street in core downtown Fairbanks, Alaska. We are 300 steps away from curbside Golden Days Parade watching and downtown attractions - Food, Entertainment, Art - AND our famous Midnight Sun Street Fair (12 solid hours of fun!). All just a few steps away! Oh, and did I mention everything has been remodeled? New furniture, bedding, walls, everything! Come visit!

Perfect spot in Fairbanks
Really enjoyed our stay here. House was completely renovated and had everything we needed and more. Very comfortable beds and lots of little extras everywhere. While we arrived on one of the hottest days of the year in Fairbanks, the fans in the house kept the place cool and we did not feel the need for air conditioning (almost nowhere in Fairbanks has it). Being in downtown, we were able to walk to many places, and we were centrally located to drive anywhere else we needed. The owner is very responsive to messages and helpful if you need her, but does not get in your way if you don't. SO much better than a hotel for your Fairbanks stay!
