Peaceful home with great views! Custom landscaping and treated,stained wood decks with planter boxes and built in seating for outdoor living and entertaining. Split-level 3 bedroom home with 3 bathrooms. Light a fire in the floor-to-ceiling Shaw Creek Rock fireplace and enjoy the open living floor plan featuring a beautiful tongue & groove cedar vaulted ceiling. Lovely place to learn about Alaska
The house is spacious, had everything we needed, it was clean, and pretty well stocked (no shortage of coffee). There's even a reading nook our kids loved! Kitchen is large, with ample work space. Located about the middle of farmers loop, we ride bicycles to the University, as well as downtown and around Fairbanks. The hill is the only tough part, otherwise the views are stunning. The only thing we didn't know about is the water: most water isn't from a well. We found out because we ran out of water. But a quick note to our guest, and within an hour a tanker truck pulled up and filled us back up. Our host was responsive and helped out quickly. I don't think we ever used the TV upstairs, but the one downstairs is not on the network and has no peripherals, so i guess it's BYO (and an hdmi cable) or rabbit ears. Absolutely recommend this place.

Perfect for your family!!
If you have a family of 4 to 6, this house is perfect!! My family enjoys the place. The owners left a very detailed binder with a lot of information. When I return to Fairbanks, I will stay at this house again. Get a View of Fairbanks during the nighttime also!!

Nice house in a quiet area close to airport
House was nice. The only issue we had during our stay was the water pressure. We were unable to take a shower at the same time or wash dishes while the other was in the shower. Owners responded quickly to any text we sent while staying at the house.

Great view and great beds
This place handled 7 of us (most of us larger people) very easily and comfortably. The view from the front yard was awesome. Owner responded very quickly. Lots of games and netflix. The house could use some updates, specifically needs new carpet/floors throughout and interior doors and trimwork and the outside needs some tlc. But if you're not going to actually be in the house a whole lot like us then this really isn't an issue.

Even better in person!
We had a great experience, the home was tastefully decorated, clean and stocked with everything one could need. The towels were luxurious and there were many added touches such as a chocolate on the pillow, makeup removing wipes and luxury shampoo and conditioner provided. Views were beautiful and check in was smooth. Can’t recommend enough!

Great Location
The property was ideally located within 15 minutes of everything we wanted to do. The setup of the home was great, kitchen and living room with three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and then a separate living room and bedroom /bathroom downstairs. It provided our large group with enough space to spread out. The neighborhood was cute and not too far up for driving in the snow for our first time. The view from the house was awesome, especially on our clear days, we could see the mountain ranges. We also saw the Aurora from our front door. Host was communicative. Overall, great spot.

Good place for winter stay!
Overall, this was a good place to stay. Its location is excellent and the house is very comfortable for a large group. We had five people, and we never felt cramped. The one issue we had was that there were several areas that could have used more attention during the cleaning process. This was remedied quite quickly and after that we had no issues whatsoever. Communication with the owners was prompt and reliable. The view from the front window is exquisite, especially at sunrise and sunset! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would recommend it.
