Alaskan Pipeline place is a cozy two-bedroom home with a piece of Alaskan history in the center! Centrally located very close to downtown Fairbanks and all the major amenities to offer!

The Pipeline set in the center of the home was originally a fireplace/pizza oven! However, due to insurance complaints we cannot have guests use the fireplace or pizza oven. Sorry for the inconvenience.

This space is equipped with everything guests will need for cooking and grilling, bathing, lounging with smart TVs, and king size bed in the rooms.

It seems its a newly renovated property, which gives their guest to enjoy brand new full furnished 2 bedroom property. This house was simply great in all aspect which I can think off. Kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms are loaded with respective items. Nice family room ro sit, talk, play board games and watch TV. This place is centrally located which helps in navigating the town very easily. In all this place was simply amazing. Host was very good. Thanks.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy house . The home was tastefully decorated and comfortable, with great amenities including a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy living area. The location was perfect for exploring the area's natural beauty, and the host went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. I highly recommend this rental house for anyone visiting Fairbanks.

Great house in a nice neighborhood
House is very well kept, with large comfortable beds and furniture. Nice TVs and internet. Only drawback is no washer and dryer. Otherwise, it is a great stay while in Fairbanks.

Amazing Getaway
Beautiful property in the heart of the city. Conveniently located to restaurants, shopping, and the venue we were there for. House was comfortable, suprisingly spacious, and perfect for our family. Elizabeth was kind and wonderful to work with. Property pet friendly and our dog was in heaven! Will be back, for sure!

Awesome place!
This place is a gem! Loved it. Very comfortable. We did light cooking and the kitchen had all the stuff we needed including plastic dishes for kids. I like how there were condiments in the fridge! It had a nice deck and was in a typical Alaska neighborhood that we enjoyed walking around in. The bathroom had lots of nice fluffy towels. The beds were comfortable. Two TVs. My spouse travels to Fairbanks for work and hopes to stay there again some day! Overall a great stay and appreciate Elizabeth sharing her place.

Excellent Experience!
Our family (two adults and a teenager) enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was clean and aside from the kitchen counters and cabinets, is completely updated. We appreciated the amenities available in the kitchen. The house is located in a convenient location in proximity to the Johansen Expressway. The host did an excellent job of communicating with me and checking in to make sure everything went smoothly. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Family trip
Every year i come up from Washington to go camping and visit my family (i was born and raised in Eagle River) this year instead of camping near fairbanks we decided on a rental because my brother passed away and it was too painful to go to our usual spot. This Place worked out perfectly. Near pioneer Park and Walmart and in a quiet neighborhood. Everything went great without a hitch

Very nice accomodations.
My sister and I were very satisfied with this adorable little house. Nicely updated and well furnished. We try to choose places without pets allowed. With lots of dog hair on a couch blanket, that's why. The neighboring home is a sight for sore eyes, and that is very unfortunate. The lovely deck with grill and table is right alongside that neighbor. A partition along that side of the deck would be a great addition for privacy and it would be more pleasant to look at.

Living area, bedrooms, and bathroom were absolutely spotless. Furniture was very comfortable. But while in kitchen looking for the garbage upon finding it and seeing how filthy dirty inside the cabinet was, was a turn off. If the kitchen was clean this could be a five star. We had hoped for the best since we have a 1 month trip planned for 2024 and need lodging.

The Pipeline Place exceeded my expectations. The interior design was comfortable, super clean, bright and beautifully decorated. We liked the big front porch and the yard kept the pup happy. Just a note, the neighbors have a lot of vehicles and loud dirt bikes. Some may not care for that initial impression and we were a bit wary at first. However, they were very courteous, kept to themselves and didn't ride late. so it was really no issue. The owner is very responsive and check in was so easy. There are a lot of coffee shops and groceries nearby but I would recommend a vehicle. Would definitely stay again!

Don't judge a book by it's cover!
Clean, comfortable and homey touches with a dash of rustic charm! We were a little confused about which door because duplex has a different meaning to me. Maybe say enter front on porch. We absolutely LOVED the beds and would like to know what's the brand of mattress, especially in room with Northern Lights painting? We enjoyed plating Harry Potter CLUE and thanks so much for the snacks, they came in handing on the train to Anchorage! Only thing I'd add is more trash cans. I would definitely stay again!
