Lake Hartwell Covered Dock & Sunset Beach 3BD, 1BA

Tucked away, yet very close to interstate 85 is a almost 3 bd cute cabin , high speed internet, sleep 6, with a flat walk to a private beach, covered dock and two kayaks. no stairs to climb and a sandy beach. Only 35 min to clemson and “Shores of Asbury” water park, 35 min to Anderson/Clemson, 90 min from Atlanta, 1hour away from Greenville - it’s a perfect place to enjoy a sunset or a fun day of golfing, fishing, swimming and boating with family and friends. Working remotely? High speed internet in now available. For larger groups we have another property couple of houses down. The Property is ID 2905127

Bring your boat ( landing 5 min away) or rent from C&E marine ( 5 min by boat) or Harbor Lights Marina 10 min away. Port Bass public boat ramp 0.5 miles away on Arrington Dr.

Open living room / kitchen area is a great place to relax and watch a game on a Smart. There is a also a screened in porch and a spacious deck with 270 degree water views of the lake.

Almost three bedrooms. The first bedroom has a King bed and a work desk. Second bedroom has a queen set with twin bunk beds in a separated area overlooking the lake. There is one bathroom. Kitchen is fully equipped.

There is a griddle on the deck - cookout with beautiful view of the lake. Bed linens, towels and other amenities provided.

Great pizza place ( peace of the pie), spotted pig BBQ and craft brewery 8 mins away.

No smoking. Absolutely no pets. If you are not compliant you will lose your deposit

High speed fiber cable + Wi-Fi

You can rent a boat at C&E marine, landing at Tugaloo, 3 min by boat, or lift harbor marina ( 10 min by boat)

In the summer, due to lake water level variation, the beginning of the gangway may be in the water

Boat landing: There is one in Port Bass on Arrington dr, and one at Tugaloo State Park on Highway 11, 1 mile from interstate 85.

This lake house is amazing. It is small, quaint, and has everything you need. The walk to the lake is easy, the dock is great, and the neighborhood is quiet. We plan to visit again soon.

Great little get away!
Cute little lake house on Lake Hartwell. Enjoyed spending a long weekend with family. Kids loved the dock and swimming and adults loved sitting on the deck overlooking the lake. It is quiet and peaceful, but close to stores if you need something!

Our family had a great time. Property was clean, lots of dishes and pots/pans to use. Enjoyed the Blackstone. Kids loved swimming off the dock and kayaking. Beautiful views of the lake!

Relaxing cottage on the lake
Wonderful cottage for my family of 4. Loved the view and was so relaxing sitting on the deck. Kids and husband had a blast exploring in the kayaks. Cottage had everything we needed and was plenty of space. Can’t wait to return to this cottage and low maintenance lake life.

A nice weekend getaway
A few of my friends and I stayed at the property for a couple nights. Lakefront property was delightful and the host was very responsive/helpful. I would recommend anyone with a small group that wants to get away and enjoy time in nature.

Property and house was nice and clean! We enjoyed being able to fish on the dock and watch the sunset over the lake. Property manager was very responsive with any questions we had. We didn’t use any of the readily available lake items, but we will definitely be back and bring our kids to enjoy!

Peaceful retreat
Well appointed property with a nice deck and screened porch for watching the gorgeous sunsets! The property was clean, the kitchen was well equipped, and the beds were comfortable. The host was great and answered all questions promptly. Great spot for both recreation. & relaxation!

Birthday Getaway
We stayed at this rental for my daughters 3rd birthday. Very clean and accommodating with kids toys,DVD, bunk beds, games for all ages. I do wish they offered WIFI as we own our own business and needed Wifi to be able to work during portions of the trip. Owner was very kind and very responsive.

Fishing Excursion
Great location for a fishing excursion with friends! We arrived prior to check-in time to drop off our boat and met the cleaning crew in the driveway. They were so friendly, allowed us to back the boat in, allowed us to check the amenities, and gave us lunch recommendations. The property was close to the boat launch, had a covered dock, and kayaks. Teenage boys had a blast, great lake/location for fishing, all-in-all very happy with the property and our stay.

Met our expectations! Small home, with great amenities
3 day stay, great location for a relaxing vacation. Only sleeps about 5-6 people comfortably. Experience was great with the property owners communication, and everything met our expectations. Note there's a ton of red clay on the lake. Make sure to wash off as best you can while in the lake.
