Lake front getaway on Lake Hartwell 20min from Clemson

Beautiful lake front home with a large back deck. Separate game room on property with a tv. Boat ramp is .3miles from house. Large parking for boat trailer or extra vehicles on property. Canoes and paddleboard are available for use. Lake level is lower in the winter and starts to return beginning of the year. Lake level is usually at the 5th step from the bottom. Master bedroom with king bed and its own door to the deck. On suite bathroom with large walk-in shower and extra makeup vanity. Bedroom 2 has a king bed and bedroom 3 has a bunk with full bed on bottom twin on top. Bedroom 3 has a small tv making it the perfect room for children. Smart tv in the Livingroom with Netflix already loaded. Livingroom couch folds out into a queen size bed. Fully loaded kitchen with view of the lake. Laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Two miles off 85 with gas station off exit that has tesla charging stations. House is about 20 minutes to Clemson, Anderson, Seneca, Lavonia. Located in a quiet neighborhood great for bike rides or evening walks.

Excellent Lake House
We were in town to celebrate my nephew's graduation from Clemson and this house was perfect! From check in to check out, Felecia was excellent in communication and helping us with anything we needed. We messed up the entry door system and she immediately handled for me and always made sure we had what we needed. The house was clean, spacious and cozy. Highly recommend this property , many wonderful amenities.

We were grateful to have a place to stay even though there was no hot water or electricity...our host credited us 300.00 I was asking for 700.00 we were only in the house for 12 hours due to Helena

The house itself was great, very clean and well stocked. We did not spend the night, but left almost immediately due to the water level being so low. The end of the steps was pure mud, nothing like the pictures showed. Host was very responsive in refunding our stay, however we were left with no where to go as a family of 6.

Me and a group of friends stayed here this past weekend for the Rock The Country festival and we had a great time. It was very clean and everything we needed was provided. The host responded to our messages very fast and was very helpful. If we come back next year we are definitely considering booking again!
