"At the arrival time (4:40pm) the heating was not working. My room was cold and the bathroom had no hot water. The staff came and after three and half hours, it has started working. I was moved into another room with hot water, but the heating was off. Still, the room was not warm till 8:15pm. The staff was supportive, but they should have checked the heating before my arrival. The location is great and the breakfast is offered at a small pastry (200m from the property)."

"This is a lovely hotel and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I will look forward to staying here again. The small points I consider the hotel may improve in are. The breakfast room was quite cold in the mornings during my stay. The breakfast room did not have any table spoons only tea spoons. The breakfast room used plastic beakers and not glasses. Some of the fruit had mould on it. In the shower unit of my bathroom there was no where to place the soap while showering inside the...
