"Very quiet, amazing property. Our room had two bedrooms, three toilets, full kitchen with dishwasher and coffee maker. Dining room. With terrace seating for eight. All built on the site of a 12th century monistary. Restaurant was excellent for both dinner and breakfast. Views from every window. Would make for amazing family holiday. You need a vehicle!"

"Super fijne plek om met het gezin te zijn! Heerlijke relax plekken, fijn zwembad en lekkere koffietjes. Helaas geen fan of airco al was de baas zo lief om zijn fan aan ons af te staan... de rest zat zonder tijdens de hittegolf! Ik vond het wel erg duur voor wat je ervoor kreeg. Je moet de schoonmaak apart betalen en je krijgt voor de hele week 1 handdoek. Daarnaast moet je alles zelf meenemen, peper, zout, afwasmiddel, wc papier etc voor 150 pn in Italie verwacht je iets meer luxe!"

This house could be a great base for exploring towns in the region such as Assisi and Urbino. However, we loved to experience the quietude and authentic Italian lifestyle that the local area offered. "The villa and the grounds are wonderful, and the views are enchanting. We had a great time at Villa Staffieri as a multi-generational family of 8. Clearly a lot of thought and love has gone into the house. The village is an easy walking distance and it has a grocery store, cafe, a park with a plauground. The local pizzeria was unfortunately close while we were there, but it's set to re-open in August. There are several restaurants and pizzerias, as well as supermarkets, within short driving...
