"A beautiful family friendly location with something for all of us to do. Only disappointed that we arrived after the reception closed and didn’t know that towels for the bathroom had to be rented for extra cost from the reception. Made showering after a long day of travelling difficult. Loved everything else and would definitely stay again. "

"We were so comfortable in this cottage. Normal sized bathroom and bedrooms. Nice kitchen. Felt very homey. Note: if you do not have any with you ( and coming from out of country, why would you?) you will need to pay for towels and bed linens, additionally. We paid about 10 euros per person! But, it was such a great value otherwise. After a great day sightseeing in Aachen, we even went swimming in the lake. Staff friendly, and even sent someone to check us in late as we had been delayed by...

"Comfortable and spacious holiday home with big terrace and beautiful view on the forest on the hill opposite the apartment. We especially enjoyed the quietness. Excellent location for hiking and biking the Eifel."

"We went as a family of 5 with 2 dogs, the house was very spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The owners of the property were also very helpful and professional with everything explained before our trip. If you want beautiful scenery and walks but also to relax then I highly recommend this place."

"Séjour parfait dans ce Novotel très bien entretenu (chambre impeccable, spacieuse, ultra propre). Accueil très agréable, de la réception au petit-déjeuner. Localisation très centrale et pratique (à 5mn à pied des rues avec tous les magasins principaux pour un week-end shopping ; 7mn à pied de la vieille ville ; 17mn à pied de la gare). Le petit-déjeuner était très copieux et soigné (par exemple petites cassolettes de saumon fumé, et une attention sur l'hygiène avec des vitres de protection pour se servir au buffet). Je reviendrai séjourner avec plaisir dans cet établissement et remercie tout son personnel agréable!"
