Overall excellent but a couple of comments. 1. Rooms are nice, bathrooms updated. 2. My 90 year old parents had a handicap accessible room, but the shower was in the tub, so they could not shower. 3. My sister was charged $10 to get into her room early. 4. Breakfast better than most with fresh cut up fruit. 5. I left clothing in the closet. When I called several hours later, they had found and set aside the clothing. Will stay again given the opportunity.

Did not like that the restaurant was closed for the week for cleaning but not inn’s fault. Should have been noted in the website however because we were counting on eating dinner there and had to go somewhere else to eat. Also bathroom amenities did not include lotion. Otherwise basic clean no-frills room. Full breakfast very good. Buffet clean. Attendant there to assist with requests. Front desk staff Jessica very pleasant and polite.

One issue that I think people need to be aware of is the rooms that are with the annex on the lower level have a step up into the room. This is a trip hazard for those of us who are not always aware coming out of the room or going up into it.

The room furnishing were fine and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was terrible. The powdered scrambled eggs and the bread etc. was poor quality. The waffle maker was broken and the fruit was minimal. The restaurant was very good. I was there on a Thursday evening, and it was very quiet. The bar in the tavern closed so we did not get our Irish coffee.

called a few days earlier and asked for early check in. I was told that wan't a problem. However when we got there they said the room was not ready and we waited an hr till regular check in time but other people were going in there room. Also, the bed was horrible. I was sinking in the middle all night. The breakfast was awful too. Hotel was clean and convenient to Longwood Gardens
