Overall okay stay. The day before my check in their hot water tank was not working, I was not notified at check in and had to shower in freezing cold water. It would have been nice to know ahead of time and possibly moved to the side with the working tank.

Wasn’t totally satisfied. Asked for housekeeping the day ahead but the room was never serviced. There were multiple details in the room that gave it the appearance that quality doesn’t really matter. Examples included loose or missing drawer pulls, large rip in the couch upholstery, poorly functioning toilet and shower fixtures. Would probably not stay again.

The rooms at Homewood Suites by Hilton Philadelphia Great Valley are in need of an update. The living and kitchen areas are pretty run down, but the beds and bathrooms are nice. The staff are amazing and very accommodating.

We never had room service make beds or replenish towels. We had to use shampoo as shower gel because the bottle was empty. I never reported it because I assumed room service would show up at some point! We checked in Thursday 8/8 and checked out Monday 8/12. Nobody ever came to clean the room while we were in residence!

Terrible condition
This room was in TERRIBLE condition. Dirty shower with hair, filthy office chair, ripped and stained couch, ripped carpet, walls and doors torn and splintered. The staff was very nice, but the condition is absolutely terrible. It was not an inexpensive room, we were in a two bedroom suite, so this is not a case of you get what you pay for. The hotel needs some serious upgrades.

Nice, clean property. Enjoyed our stay. The shampoo bottle was empty. They asked us to come to the lobby to get a refill. You would expect someone will come over and replace it. But we had to do that ourselves.

Staff were professional and friendly. Not enough towels in the room, no extra blankets/linens/pillows for pull out couch, no dish soap. Phone in the room did not work to call down to the desk so repeated trips down to get needed items however staff was very accommodating. Fitness area/gym had a very strong rubber smell that made it unusuable. Otherwise every thing we needed, great location with walkable restaurants, and affordable!

Needs renovation. Hallways were humid and smelled bad, room was clean but walls were damaged and need painting. Also curtains were torn and so was parts of the rug and furniture.

We had previously stayed at a Homewood Suites by Hilton the month before. I was so impressed with the cleanliness and space I knew for our next Sport Tournament I would find one close. We were about 20 minutes away from the field which was fine. Our room on the 1st floor was old, smelled of mold, kitchen chairs had scratches, grout missing from the shower tub and finger prints on the cabinets. Ugh.The hallway carpet on the 1st floor was torn and taped in several spots. Our friends on the other and stayed on the 4th floor. Way nicer. Upgraded bathroom. Across the street was " The Grove". Home to Sly Fox Brewery, Chickie and Pete's , a Taco place, A cupcake place and Axe Throwing. They had a very nice outdoor garden area to sit with a live band playing.
