"Absolutely perfect location ,close to Sparta and Mystras . Property located in oranges orchard with beautiful view of mountains. The only one minus- shower /toilet combo, which is very small.There is no front desk, to get key instruction you have to call owner.But view was worth it!"

"Wonderful location across the road from beautiful rocky beaches. Fabulous for swimming and snorkeling. The unit was comfortable and clean and it was good having a small kitchen. Our only concern was that they should better equip the apartment— It needs a cooking pot, a dish towel (rather than having to use paper towels to dry the dishes), a light blanket, bigger sheets to fit the bed, more than one roll of toilet paper and some clothes pins. "Our appartment was super clean. The view from our balcony was stunning. We had a balcony all around the apartment overlooking Koroni area. Sofia is very friendly. She answered our requests as soon as we addressed them. Our AC broke at night and the next morning it was fixed. The only missing item I found in this appartment is a microwave. "Pay attention that they only provide limited housekeeping. One towel you had to use at least 3 days and 6 times if you take showers twice a day. Kitchen has aged old pots and pans, all are not non-sticky types. You are not able to clean it after one use. You better spend 20 or 30 more euros to stay at nearby 4 star hotels which offers last minutes very good deal. Regret that we did not cancel it before the cancellation due date. We will not come back."

"We picked Mazaraki Guesthouse because of the reviews and they were correct.....WOW....the room was fantastic, well beyond what we expected. "Great stay, close to everything and nice short walk from there to main town. Manager was very nice, as were the cleaning staff, everything was modern and well maintained, bed was very comfortable and having washing machine and dryer on site was a great help."
