This exquisite 2-bedroom apartment is located in the heart of Exmouth, only a short 2-minute walk from the town center and a 5-minute stroll from the beachfront. Ideal for families and friends, this apartment offers an abundance of amenities to make your stay comfortable and memorable. Spread over two floors and accessed via a private entrance, the lounge and kitchen dining area occupy the first floor, while the bedrooms are located on the second floor.

Bedroom 1 features a king-sized bed, while Bedroom 2 is equipped with 2 single beds, and all bed linen and towels are provided. The lounge area boasts a Smart TV, and guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the entire apartment. For additional sleeping space, a double sofa bed is available in the lounge. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals.

The nearby train station is just a 5-minute walk from the apartment, providing easy access to the city of Exeter.

For larger groups, Strand House is also available to book on the same account, accommodating up to 10 guests. Both apartments can be joined by a communal hallway to accommodate larger groups.

Parking is available for your stay. Please let us know if you need this. There is a £100 damage deposit collected on the pre check in form prior to your arrival.

Please be advised that our office closes at 9 pm. If you are checking in after 9 pm, we won't be able to attend to any inquiries until 9 am the next morning.

Our Cancellation policy is 3 days before check-in is fully refundable, anytime after the 3 days before is non-refundable.
