"My partner convinced me to go "camping" for a night, since typically I would choose more of a glamping type experience. But this to me was glamping!! Had a cozy bed, we did hear some (harmless) wildlife in the middle of the night. But the next morning we had a wonderful hot shower after a tiring travel day straight to hiking the day before. The sound of the River, the Mountain View’s and the sky at night where the best. Such a romantic and peaceful days we both had, every little detail is unique. "My sister and I planned this as part of our "week of adventures" get away and had a lovely stay. The location and check-in would have been perfect had we arrived during daylight hours, however due to airline cancellations and delays we arrived past dark. "I can honestly say I've never stayed in a cabin without a restroom or electricity and I heated it with the wood they provided which was very funlight were propane lights, lit with a match. However the drive up and down the Mt. Was at the least, not for the faint of heart...very rough on my car."
