Upon arrival they had no knowledge of our booking but they found a room and speedily made it ready, the two people on duty did their best but something had gone wrong with the bookings and they were having to improvise. The one way system to get back out was almost totally unsigned and at night it was really difficult to negotiate, some arrows or white lines to distinguish the roads from the paths which were also wide enough to be roads would have made this easy, also it is about a 1km circuit! We had the last parking space but after venturing out to get some real milk we had to park in a car park for an adjacent part of the University, which we only knew about having asked on arrival. There was no TV (it was not listed that there was one) but there was a fridge, the shower however was excellent, but sadly the bed was very hard and dipped in the middle and was uncomfortable. Without breakfast or a TV it was not good value for money. Sidwell Street is about a mile away and has a range of shops.
