Very nice B&B just outside the village of Kenton. The landlady Delia was very welcoming and very helpful with places for us to walk. The room was listed as a small double, it had an ensuite with a good shower and was a perfectly adequate size for a short stay.
Lovely property, lovely views. Lady of the house very helpful and informative. Room and house lovely and clean. Good selection for breakfast. Would definitely stay again. Thank you
Lovely house, very comfortable and clean rooms. Service from the hosts is excellent too, including a lovely home cooked breakfast. A wonderful base for a relaxing holiday. Only downside is the free wifi but it is limited and slow. A solution is a 15 minute drive to Puerto Lounge cafe @ Exeter Quay, which has excellent wifi for work purposes.
A lovely setting, lovely people, lovely food.
Generally clean and had everything needed for our stay. Could possibly be modernised a little as décor a little tired, but very charming nonetheless.
This place is amazing!! So beutiful, quiet, clean and the most friendliest of welcomes! The host was lovely, warm and welcoming and very helpful. Stayed for one night on a business trip but so impressed will be booking it again for a longer stay as a little holiday. Surrounding countryside was so beutiful and peaceful. 10 minutes from Exeter city centre, although you would not believe it with all the beutifull fields, horese and peace around you here. A stunning place to stay.
Lovely position easy to find and park, accommodation clean and tidy and comfortable only two issues for me wifi was very slow resembles old time dial up and i was not able to do my work and the drive axle breaking pots holes as you enter in the dark otherwise great
Excellent place to stay, Quiet, clean and run by helpful and pleasant hosts. Set in lovely countryside yet within easy reach of Exeter. Superb breakfast.
We have stayed here several times as we always have such a fantastic welcome. Breakfast is lovely and the hosts go out of their way in terms of hospitality. Set in beautiful countryside close to brilliant walks and cycle rides (and an awesome local restaurant)
Rooms super warm and comfy too!
Would definitely recommend. Stayed here for one night en route to Cornwall.
Warmly welcomed and served with pot of tea in the garden, which was appreciated after a long journey.
Room was spacious with double window aspect letting in lots of light. Comfortable nights sleep and delicious breakfast with lots of choice.
Very good value for money.
Only negative was lack of power with the shower but it did the job.
