Do not book this property or any others managed by Kamila. She failed to send a payment link or access instructions, ignored over a week of emails, calls, voicemails and texts, ignored Hotels.com trying to get in touch as well, didn't send us an access code until TWO HOURS after check-in, and then had the audacity to lie to me by saying I didn't send her any messages because her assistant (I'm confident this person doesn't exist) would have seen them. Give your money to someone who isn't a liar and an extremely unprofessional businessperson. No apology, no admission of error, just lies to make it seem like my fault. Huge amount of stress caused plus a great deal of time wasted. I don't understand how people can treat others this way and feel OK about themselves.
