The house is located in a private cul-de-sac that serves 3 detached houses. Only the 2 neighbors are allow to cross in front of the house. You will be able to spend a holiday entirely "pedestrian" if you wish. To come to Port Louis you can use the car, of course, but also the train. Arrival at the TGV station in Lorient and then the bus boat, a popular means of transport in the region. The house consists on the ground floor of a large living room with an equipped kitchen area, a changing room, a bathroom and a toilet. On the 1st floor: - a large master bedroom includes 2 beds of 90 cm that can become a double bed on request, a bed bench and dressing room. - a second bedroom with a 160 cm bed - The 2 bedrooms on the first floor are separated by a sliding wall that allows a more flexible configuration. - a shower room with toilet On the 2nd floor, a large room with 2 beds of 90 cm that can become a double bed on request and a dressing room. All the main rooms have the view of the Little Sea of Gâvres. In the outdoor area, you will enjoy the 2 terraces exposed to the South. The small terrace allows you to have coffee, the largest will allow you to take your meals and languish in the sunbathing.
