"The cleanest and friendliest hotel experience I’ve ever had. The staff went out of their way to cater to my every need. They went over and above to see that I had the most comfortable stay possible. Many things like practising saying my complicated surname to make sure they pronounced it correctly and surprising me with a bottle of wine in my room for my birthday.
