"Loved our stay here and the nice pool and communal areas. Perfect hosts, Maria and Mike were very friendly and offered good communication, you know they care about your experience. "This property has no parking. Once you find parking and walk to the street closest you have over a mile up hill and stairs. You have to carry you luggage, cooler, etc up many stairs. You need to be met by an employee because it is difficult to find and she speaks very little English so it was hard to understand where to meet her and so got frustrated. After seeing the place we immediately left and found the Vathi Hotel which is 5 stars and cheaper."

The have thought of all details from a baskets of food ingredients (olive oils, sauces and lots more) to the smallest things such as a flash light in order to walk safely at night time. "Absolutely loved our stay at Zein and Andy’s place. The location was perfect - just a 5 minute walk down to the beach and a beautiful view from the garden across the sea and over the mountains. We spent most of our days exploring the Mani and loved returning to the house in the early evening to have a beer in the garden and watch the stars come out. We would highly recommend coming here if you love peace and relaxation!"

"Fabulous villa, very spacious. Villa very clean and well equipped. Kitchen area would benefit from a starter pack of tea/coffeee & milk as absolutely nothing provided except water. Bathrooms sparkingly clean with lots of hot water. Nice pool area. Parking on site, lovely lady Maria looked after us. About 7 minutes easy walk to beach and restaurant area. "

Probably better to drive although could be walked toWe had an issue with the electricity tripping, but spoke to the property manager and it resolved. Also, the water tank, which is refilled from supply transported in, ran out for a morning but luckily it was being topped up when we got back"

"If you’re going to Kardamyli, GO HERE. Gated parking, beautiful homes with kitchens, living rooms, and jacuzzis. Walk or drive the 600M down into town for groceries or restaurants. My hosts were absolutely fantastic. I felt like I was in a private spa staying here. If you’re touring by car, take at LEAST one night here and rest your boots. The residences are very attractively priced, extremely relaxing, and your hosts are really wonderful people. 10/10!"
