"This location is over an hour away from Antalya, no major attraction in the area. The majority of staff does not speak any foreign language, so good luck requesting service! The managers are very unfriendly to customers and rude to their own staff. For three family stay, they refused to give us three door keys, after insisting they gave in with a very bad attitude. "Side is a cute town with Greco Roman ruins to explore and friendly restaurants. It's a 1 Euro Dolmus ride away or a fifty minute walk along the lovely promenade. The hotel itself is pleasant enough. We had an all inclusive deal - a first for us. Handy, because there isn't much in the way of restaurants other than in Side itself and one or two halfway down the promenade. Good choice of food, but does get a bit samey after a week. Strict adherence to serving timetable and waiters' insistence...

"This is a beautiful property. I would recommend that people who wear glasses and use the sauna, that they be careful. The heat damaged both lenses on my glasses, which I'll need to replace them now. "

"Beautiful hotel with exceptional service! The staff works tirelessly to keep everything spotless and ensure guests are well taken care of, whether it’s with food, drinks, or assistance. The fitness center is well-equipped, and the spa is spotless and offers a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed, making the stay even more enjoyable. Special mention to Selda, the photographer, whose talent and warmth made our trip even more memorable with beautifully captured moments. A big thank you to Elvira at customer relations for her outstanding service and attention to detail—she truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Also Special thanks to Hussain at the Spa with his excellent customer service. Overall, this hotel absolutely lives up to its 5-star rating, and we can’t wait to return! "

Marvelous hotel

"Wonderful stay. Buildings are quite old. Communal areas relatively small for a huge hotel, I wonder how it looks like during summer season. Pre-heated swimming pools indoors and outdoor are amazing. Food is really delicious and variable suits all tongues. We enjoyed the stay for 4 nights."

"Went as a couple for a two night stay in November. Met up with friends as we have done for the last couple of years. Entertainment was really good too. Food was plentiful with all choices. My friends have stayed in season and they said it is magical with so much to do. Always a very enjoyable stay. "
