"During check-in we were told by rude lady at reception that they dont have a room available for us (booked 2 months in advance and paid) and we have to share an apartment with another family for 2 days (we have a small kid and they have toddler). This is highly unprofessional and totally unacceptable, especially on 5 star hotel. After more than half hour of arguing they offered us a room for disabled persons without possibility of change. "Had a lovely time here with my family. The hotel staff were great, facilities well maintained and clean. the housekeeping staff also did a great job daily cleaning our room. The latter made us very comfortable since we had a 9 month old who needed to crawl about. Wish the kids buffet had a few more options though… apart from that the food was lovely. "
