"A characterful house with a good big garden and a super location a short walk to the lovely beach at St Jorioz and also close to a practical town with useful services. Lovely to sit on the small balcony outside the kitchen window while someone else is cooking. This kitchen is small - as shown on the site - but worked out fine for our party of 10 as long as everyone is not in the kitchen at once. "Nous sommes venu à 2 avec nos 2 chiens et avons passez un bon séjour. Le logement est très bien situé entre Annecy et Aix Les Bains, ce qui permet de visiter les environs sans faire trop de trajet. La maison est au calme, et la terrasse en hauteur donne sur une superbe vue. Le logement est plutôt frais en journée ce qui est appréciable durant les fortes chaleurs. "the house is superb, very neat and tidy and well equipped. Upon arrival the janitor could not tell by phone which house it was, only when video calling he could tell us. He should be present to welcome us. The outer gate was closed and we could not get in at first, so that was very poor. The pool was nice but too cold and by the end of the week it became dirty because the pump only worked for 10 hours per day"
