We were able to book this location in the nick of time and we just cant say enough good things about the location, the views and Mr. And Mrs. Layne. "We had a great stay at the farmhouse at Peaks of Otter Winery in Bedford, VA! My husband & I needed rest and relaxation and the stay at Elmo's Rest farmhouse did not disappoint!! "The hosts are amazing. We had a family emergency happen just prior to the original date we had booked. They were so accommodating with us and allowed us to reschedule. The weather was cold and a little rainy but the house was great and the views were breathtaking. We will definitely visit again when it is warmer to see the apple orchards and enjoy the views again. "

"We loved the grain bin! It was very cozy and had everything we would need for the weekend. We enjoyed walking around the farm and looking at the cows (we made sure to close and chain the gates!) Jimmy was very responsive to our questions. It was a wonderful weekend!"

We stayed at another Beville property last year and it was Beautiful...but we expanded our group this year to 17, so we needed a larger space... and Tranquil Shores Estate did not disappoint!!
