"The staff are 10/10. Pool needs a revamp and the cleanliness of the pool was poor hairs lying around and damp marks on the ceiling. Saunas was amazing!! Shower in my room could have been cleaner found hairs around shower head. "

"Excellent location convenient for exploring the city and within a short walk of the train station. The hotel is oozing character maintaining the style and spirit of Eindhoven's long-standing connection with Philips. The hotel has got a great layout, the reception is welcoming and this remains throughout the stay. People are clearly proud to work at Westcord and it shows."

"Nice room, clean and comfortable. Nice view of Eindhoven. Lifts are on the slow side, TV had limited offer and shower splashing over the whole bathroom (draining on the floor)."

"We have stayed there for the second time. It is a very nice hotel, cool environment and cozy rooms. The bed and pillows were comfy. Shower was spacious and with very good soap. The room was very spacious. Breakfast had a good options and it was delicious. The pool was warm and nice. Bad sides: no offering of towels for sauna, no clear information regarding city tax and we got awake at 06h45 because they were using the cleaning cart in our corridor for 2 hours."

"More than expected from a night stay! Free games room in a very nice atmosphere, modern and very clean, very spacious bedroom with a ultra comfortable kingside bed. Love the fragrance of hands and shower gel/shampoo/body cream, felt like in a SPA. Varied and delicious breakfast, facilities kept clean and all times and well stocked. "wir waren im Juli im Ferienhaus in Scherpenheuvel. Das Ferienhaus ist großzügig und modern ausgestattet und hat eine ruhige Lage in einer Nebenstraße. Das Haus selbst ist sauber und die Ausstattung bietet alles Nötige, um einen schönen Urlaub genießen zu können. Die Fotos treffen zu 100% genau, was man vor Ort vorfindet.
