"It was my single worse renting experience ever... Definitely never using this app to find lodging again. The place looked like a used hotel brothel. Dirty towels everywhere and hair in both sinks. Blood on beds and not clean at all. I was mortified and embarrassed. My family went with me to check in and it was terrible. Check was awful. They send me the entry code over and hour after my check in time and gave me attitude when I initially called about how dirty the property was. . Never again. I'd rather sleep on a street. Ruined my visit home after 12 years away in the air force"
