2 bed/1 bath close to shopping

2 bed 1 bath home on the east side. Approx 10 min from popular food choices and Eastland mall. Located on a quiet street. This home offers 2 queen beds, wifi, and smart tvs in the living and bed rooms. There is a table in the kitchen to enjoy meals and essentials for cooking there as well. In the mornings enjoy a complimentary coffee with the k cup coffee station. The home was updated in the last year and features a new kitchen and bath. This home is perfect for work or a home away from home. There is a $10 per person per night fee after 2 people for this home. This fee doesn't show up on the booking but will be sent after as vrbo does not have it set up to do so.

You could also be sent to a like listing if this one is full of double booked which happens. The other listing has the same amenities and is just as nice as this one. We will let you know upon booking where your at.

Summer Internship living opportunity
I stayed here for a summer internship in Evansville. It was private and made sense versus trying to find an apartment with a 2-3 month lease. Manager was very easy to work with.

Nice place
In a very calm neighborhood! Everything was close by and easy too get too. Sean was very helpful and mindful of things! Only thing it needed was something too hang the towels on in the bathroom!
