Rotary ran raffles, complex absolutely packed so obviously Evans Head has a very supportive community. Great atmosphere, friendly locals - loved our stay in Evans Head - we will definitely return."

"Overall the property was agreeable and we enjoyed our stay. The downsides were: limited toilet paper (perhaps a small issue but 3 rolls for a week is stingy - are we expected to provide our own?), there were no replacement rubbish bags for the rubbish and compost receptacles (again are we expected to provide our own?), the A/C is only in the main lounge/dining/kitchen room so the bedrooms with the queen beds were hot. The tower fan provided was completely inadequate it would struggle to blow out...

"I’m of the belief light should have working bulbs, grass in the barren back yard should be less than 50cms tall, doors should not be peeling. The photos are very very cleverly taken. It’s a lovely loungeroom area with a view with the most basic plain house and bedrooms tacked on the back. The access to downstairs is external and shabby. The back yard is a yard with grotty filthy concrete and long unkept grass. It is far from worth the money.the view was the redemption, it’s almost 3 weeks since...

"With no ac it was very hot.. a few things were broken and no second gas bottle for second bbq.. did not make up sofa bed as I said 8 adults 2 children as it sleeps 10 it advertised.. So took sheets from other house I had booked to make up bsofa bed seems as though we had a few cancel last minute.."
