"This property is not as it appears. The foyer lock did not work meaning the o ly barrier between you and your belongings is 1x coded door. I questioned how often the code is changed and received no response. There was 1x knife on the drawer which had rust on. The rooms were dirty and had stains all the walls and curtains. The drawers in the kitchen were also dirty. The sofa was so old and broken I used a coat to sit on. I wedged cushions behind the door to prevent entry. There were sirens and...

"The only good was the convenient location. The room was terrible, black mould in multiple places throughout the bathroom, room smelt terrible likely due to the mould and my friend had difficulty breathing, heater wouldn't work so was freezing in the room after having the window open to try and air it out. Bed was hard and uncomfortable also. Have tried to contact the property to address the issues with this place twice with no responses. Not worth the risk to your health staying here"

"This is a lovely apartment with a great view. There are some things that need improvement, the outdoor chairs are very uncomfortable and seat you so low that I couldn’t see the view over the balustrade. There were a few window winders that were broken and some long term dust on the bedroom window that fell onto the bed when I closed the window. But saying that I enjoyed my time there and loved Nelson bay. "

"We had a great time exploring Nelson bay. The hike up mount tomaree was breathtaking, local food was yummy, the shops were fun to browse through. Everything was an easy walking distance. The stay was incredibly rejuvenating and stress free. We loved the pool and spa, views were top notch, beds comfy and the house had everything we needed. Thanks for a great stay!"

"This was a very comfortable apartment apart from the stairs which we 71 year olds were still able to manage but would be a problem for more elderly people with mobility issues. "That's really amazing!!! Kids definitely love there! We booked a swim out apartment and my kids can just swim out and we just watch them on the balcony. If you booked a 2 bedder swim out apartment, they would say they don't have, and they would give you one studio and one bedder. That's common there but they are both connected together. So don't worry about it too much. The swimming pool is well maintained as well. Very cool."
