"I checked in at 6pm on Aug 20th, the hotel office building was dark with a “closed” sign hanging in the front. I then called the office and surprisingly I could neither talk to anyone nor leave a voicemail because the mail box was full. It was upsetting that this hotel completely disregarded their customers in such an unprofessional manner. I was left high and dry and had to rearrange my hotel booking in the evening. Horrible experience ever! Would appreciate Hotel.com to link us up with...

"Amazing location, property and host! Within 20 minutes to Sugarloaf mountain and right by snowmobile paths. Everything was as described. The hot tub is a great relaxing plus and the house was very warm and welcoming. Definitely would recommend!"

"Booked our trip for the week of Thanksgiving with my extended family of nine. The house was perfect and just what we were looking for. It fit all nine of us comfortably and the house was clean and well stocked. Communication with Scott was seamless and overall the trip could not have been better.
