Beautiful 4,500 sq ft. home, perfectly maintained and recently updated with fresh paint, new carpeting, furniture, bedding and decor, ready for your family reunion, grown up girls or guys weekend or vacation.

Spectacular views during all the seasons. Floor to ceiling windows in both family rooms give beautiful views of Beaver Lake and the gorgeous sunsets. Bring your cameras to take pictures of the sunsets! There are plenty of birds and other animals to see right out the windows. Deer seen daily at sunrise and sunset.

Great central location for lots of fun outdoor activities. 5 minutes to Starkey Marina, where boats can be rented, and the Belle of the Ozarks tour of the lake. 20 minutes to Eureka Springs for great shopping, bars and restaurants. 10 minutes to rent canoes and kayaks for the White River. 30 minutes to the Passion Play. 180 degree view of the lake's main channel. No direct lake access from the property. No dock on property.

House is an open floor plan, reverse story and a half with huge, open kitchen, 6 Bedrooms, 2 large family rooms and 3 1/2 baths. Master has a full en-suite bathroom and king-sized sleep number bed on main floor. Downstairs has 4 bedrooms. Two bedrooms each have a king-sized bed. The other two bedrooms each have two twins. Large loft over garage is 6th bedroom. It has two twins. The loft is not air conditioned, but has a large exterior fan to pull in the cool lake air.

Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, silverware, pots, pans and cookware. Kitchen has double oven, stove, microwave and refrigerator. Kitchen table can seat 12! There is an extra refrigerator in the garage. House has clean, pure well water that is loaded with minerals and very good for you. State of the art whole house carbon purification and filtration system for water installed and implemented at house after October 22, 2017 rental.

Washer, dryer and full-sized deep freezer in laundry room off of the kitchen.

Trash removal service provided at the house, as of February 1, 2019. No need to pack and take your trash as discussed in review below.

Gas grill, outdoor table and chairs available for dining al fresco.

Bath towels provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

House is situated in a quiet neighborhood. If you're looking for a place to have a loud, crazy, party weekend, this is not the place for you. Instead, if you're looking to relax and make forever memories at a beautiful place, this is the place you've been looking for!

Absolutely no smoking inside the house or on the property and no pets.

There is no Wi-Fi and no TV service. Come here to get away from all of that! Pure relaxation! Put your phone away, disconnect and just breathe. Spend time enjoying the people you are with! There are lots of board games, card games, puzzles, VHS to watch movies and other activities to spend quality time together.

This beautiful property is nestled in a quiet area minutes from the marina. We enjoyed the house as well as the restful and relaxing surroundings. If you are ready to unplug and get away for a weekend - this is a great spot!

Amazing property! House is a little off the beaten path in a very quiet neighborhood. The views of the lake are absolutely beautiful. The house is stocked with everything you need and the check in/check out process was one of the easiest we’ve ever had. Highly recommend this location!!!

We truly enjoyed our stay. Three couples/best friends who travel annually. We were expecting Eureka Springs to be the destination…but the house/grounds/lake was the destination! What a glorious surprise!

Perfect place...
The house and views are gorgeous. House is nicely furnished and layout allows for the group to spread out and enjoy. Kitchen has all you’ll need for cooking. Enjoyed the fire pit and lake views tremendously. Views of the lake from in the house are extraordinary, too. Not too far from Eureka Springs. Hope to return to this property.

Beautiful setting
We enjoyed our stay in this house for the second time. I hope there will be more. The house is comfortable, although at some point, some mattresses, the stove top and microwave need updating. The setting, however, could not be more perfect for enjoying wildlife and nature!

Amazing lake view
Plenty of room to spread out for a large group. Nice kitchen and large table for big groups. Too bad there was only a single bench in which to enjoy the outdoors and beautiful views. Be certain to bring your paper goods because they mean it when they say they do not provide!

Best experience in 15 years of Get Away Trips
We found the property clean, well equipped with just the right amount and variety of necessary kitchen gadgets and utensils and very nicely decorated. Creating a peaceful enjoyable get away for the 10 Ladies of our 70+ group. The location was ideal for all things Eureka Springs. Host was a available and accommodating for our directional challenges upon arrival. This was the best experience we have had in 15 years of short get away trips Highest of recommendation to this Property to all who may be visiting in the Eureka Springs area!!

Beautiful Home, terrific vacation
Usually the pictures are much better than the actual place. Not so in this case. The pictures did not do the home and the view justice. It was spacious, clean, well equipped and the view was amazing. We hiked nearby on different trails every morning and rented a pontoon 5 minutes from the house at Starkey Marina. It was a vacation my family will always remember.

Beautiful views
The house had amazing views of the lake and held our large group comfortably. Communication with Nancy was easy and prompt. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and baking items. Plenty of seating in the kitchen and living room areas for everyone to spread out. The only drawback, that had nothing to do with Nancy, was the road leading to the house was rough and full of potholes. Hopefully it can be fixed soon! We enjoyed our stay and can’t wait to return!

The view was amazing. The house was great but it needs to be updated. None of the tv’s worked.
I would expect there to be directv or dish. It would have been nice to sit and watch the college games in the evening when we got back to the house. Beds were ok. I would give it 5 stars but it needs to be updated on the inside Other than that we had a wonderful time there and I would go back again!

Great view, but needs some adjustments.
Spectscular views, but the house water is unbearable. Gut wrenching smell makes you want to skip taking a shower. Mouse sticky pads everywhere which makes it difficult to have children around. Coffee cups were stained. Still, good spot and with some adjustments we would stay again. Thanks!

The lake view was great. The home was comfortable for our family of eleven. We thought the property needed to be cleaned out of clutter in garage and kitchen drawers. We were disappointed that the house listed with a gas grill but there was only a grill but no propane tank. There is not enough towels and wash cloths in the house to accommodate our group. We had to do laundry every day. We did not find the remote to the sleep number bed until our last night. It was tucked up under the bed and not visible. Therefore, the bed was super firm all week. Hopefully these suggestions will help improve the stay of future guests.

Two suggestions
Enjoy our stay there! I would rent again if I had a occasion in there area. Two things: the one room with two of the beds did not have heat and air, and was asked on paper in the house once we got there to keep to door shut so room could not get heat or air. We used the room, but first night it was a little warm, front moved in 2nd night and it was cooler so room was better to stay in. I was there mid April, if it was summer time, that room would not have been usable. That would have been an issues, but for me it wasn’t, as weather allowed.This was not told upfront, this should be on site. The kitchen trash can was nasty!This was not because of my family, it was that way when we got there’s.I left the can without a trash bag hoping the cleaning company would see it and clean for next person

Incredible View
If you’re looking for the perfect view over the lake, this is it. Windows all the way across the kitchen and living room. Upstairs and down. Bring your own tv or fire stick
