Elk Lodge in November
The leaves were just starting to turn when arrived. Beautiful location. It got pretty stormy one night, but the cabin is well made, so you could barely tell. The property is well maintained.

Beautiful, peaceful setting surrounded by nature. The lodge was clean very comfortable with great nature views from both inside and the decks. Would definitely stay here again!

Elk Lodge
The Elk Lodge was wonderful. Very clean, had everything we needed and is so beautiful and interesting inside. Loved the hot tub. We spent a lot of time on the deck in the back and loved the views and the wildlife. Great place to relax or go on really nice walks on the trails and see so much nature and wildlife like deer, wild turkeys and Canadien geese.

Beautiful weekend
We enjoyed our weekend at the Elk Lodge. The place was beautiful and extremely clean. The office staff was kind and the location was so peaceful. We will definitely stay there again! Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

At night when the cabin was heating and then cooling, everything was creaking. It sounded like someone in cabin and climbing the noisy stairs. 2 nights we were lucky to get 3 hours of sleep. The cabin is beautiful but the noise spoiled the trip.

Off the beaten path
The coziness of the Elk Lodge was so relaxing. Enjoyed coffee out on the porch watching the deer. The isolation of the cabin was nice. Felt like we were the only two on the property.

Peaceful stay in nature, close to town
This cabin was nearly perfect for the two of us. It was a little bit quirky and unique in the layout, but that was fine for us. The road leading up to the cabin was a bit rough but the grounds are beautiful and well manicured. There are many other cabins on this property, but in our 5 night stay we only saw another vehicle once (no cabins are visible from this one). There is more outside deck area than two people could ever use. The giant jetted tub is a nice perk. Beautiful place, would stay again.

Perfect anniversary destination
The cabin felt cozy and secluded but was still close to town. Everything was clean and we loved the giant indoor jacuzzi tub! We were blessed with a beautiful dusting of snow and saw so many deer! The only negative is that the bedroom is upstairs and bathroom is downstairs, but overall it was wonderful! Would definitely recommend.

I found this gem for my wife and my 13th anniversary. It was an extremely beautiful property. Perfectly clean. The pictures don’t do it justice. My wife was just blown away. We hope to stay there again!

Best place we have ever stayed, quiet, good access to the location. Bring some steaks for the grill and some refreshments and forget about the things that brought you there for the quiet and seclusion. Has internet and tv, not needed, was spring while we were there, all the animals were entertainig enough. Wood for fireplace always full

Amazing Trip, Even More Amazing Owners
Ok, so I have so much to talk about but I'll just hit the highlights. 1) The Elk cabin is gorgeous, spacious and comfy. A crackling fire, snow covering everything outside, a great book, a nice bourbon and a big comfy leather chair by the fireplace...all right out of a story book. I'd do this again 100x over. 2) We got stuck in the valley (where all the cabins and the lake are) in the middle of a huge snow fall. It was beautiful but also put us in a rough spot because we couldn't get back up the hill to leave. So we stayed another night (darn!). Chuck worked his tail off. I'm talking tractors, pushing and clearing snow off the roads in 15 degree weather, brining in gravel, etc etc etc. Chuck worked tirelessly. 3) Hospitality. When we couldn't get out of the valley, Chuck found us a vacancy at a cabin and we got to comfortably spend another night. When we thought we could get out of the valley, but couldn't drive home because of horrible icy roads, Chuck offered to put us up in his other hotel in Eureka Springs. Anyway, there's just too much to rave about. Cinnamon Valley is on our "go there every chance you get" list.

Beautiful cabin in woods
This cabin was exactly as described. We were just a few minutes from Eureka Springs, but it felt like we were on the mountain by ourselves. The cabin was clean, very well decorated & comfortable. The only issue I had was there wasn’t anyplace to put your clothes. We were there for several days & it would have been nice to have a closet or just a couple of luggage racks . There was an armoire, but no hangers. I would definitely rent this cabin again.

Beautiful cabin in the woods
What a beautiful and peaceful stay in the woods. I could easily live here!!! Waking up to birds singing all around made for an incredibly serene vacation. All the things in the cabin were perfect for cooking and getting a nice restful vacation. A nice, comfortable bed was a big concern for me and ours was perfect.
