Highly recommend!
This place had everything! My family loved it here. This was the perfect stay, we didn’t have to buy or pack the usual stuff when we stay in rental homes (coffee, salt pepper, etc). This was also one of the cleanest homes I’ve stayed at. It was close to town but far enough away to get peace from the tourists. We will be back!

A decorator’s dream
This cottage is beautifully designed and decorated. The furniture is premium! We had a great 3 day stay! Everything was perfect! I hope to come back and stay before the end of the year!

Quick getaway
We needed a quick 3-4 day getaway and this was the perfect spot. Private yet 15 min from Eureka Springs as well as some other activities. It was very cozy and felt like we were home away from home.

Wonderful & Relaxing Stay in a Beautiful Setting
We absolutely loved the cottage!! It had everything we needed and more. We spent our days exploring Eureka Springs and made a day trip to Bentonville. The view from the cottage deck is amazing…just wish it was warm and dry so we could spend the day out on the deck. We will definitely stay again if we come back.

Fabulous stay
This was the cutest house and a great location. Just prior to the island and had a slight view of the lake. The house was very comfortable for our adult party of 4. Super clean and exactly as pictured. It’s been the best place we’ve rented at Holiday Island thus far, we go every year to visit friends and attend Opera in the Ozarks.

Cozy and Peaceful
Although our stay here was short, it was amazing. It is deep in the country side, close to the lake and rivers, and the drive to Eureka Springs was filled with beautiful scenery and a lot of wildlife. The house was something out of a magazine. A lot of thought and effort was put into the decor and comforts of home. I would 10 out of 10 stay here again.

The place was wonderful. Perfect for the 4 of us. Wish we could have stayed longer. It was beautifully decorated, and very thoughtful with all the very well thought out amenities. Like beach towels, small flashlight just in case, creamer for the coffee, extra folding chairs, just to name a few. We will recommend to others for sure. Thank you.

Fabulous Accommodation!
The home was exactly like it was advertised. It was beautifully designed and furnished with new appliances. Everything was immaculate. It was also in a lovely setting on the a river with easy access to golf at Holiday Island and only a short drive to Eureka Springs. Finally communicating with the host was very easy. We had a great time and couldn’t recommend this property more highly!

Perfect little house !
Traveled to eureka with a friend and wanted to stay away from the congested downtown . Also wanted a vacation rental instead of a hotel room . This little house is adorable and spotless , in a nice quiet area just a 5 minute drive to downtown eureka . All brand new everything . Cutest decor , the bathrooms were fabulous . Top notch everything , beds , linens , etc . They thought of everything to make your stay nice . I would stay here again and highly recommend .

Perfect Girl Trip with Mom & Cousin to visit Eureka Springs
Clean, tranquil and relaxing! Decor looked brand new. House stocked with much detail and thought of guest's needs. Coffee, water, snacks, water bottles, kleenex, nightlights, little mini flashlights in bedrooms, comfy beds, soft sheets, shampoo, body wash, everything you need in a kitchen and more. Throw blankets. Easy check in/out Host answered my calls and messaging immediately. Highly recommend!

Several friends came for a wedding and we all stayed in Holiday Island. Hands down, we had the best place! While not necessarily large, it was perfect for four adults. Clean, decorated amazing, and the beds/linens were next level. I lived on the back deck and saw several deer and baby kittens frolicking about. Neighbor does not like anyone parking in front of his house - so fair warning if you have more than one car ;-).

Girls Weekend
When looking for a place to stay near Eureka Springs, one of our requirements was somewhere with a pool. When I booked in March, there were pictures of a pool and the listing stated there was access to a pool. Upon arrival in June, we found this to be untrue. Other than that, this was a beautifully kept and decorated house! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend your property to our friiends!

REALLY appreciated how clean the entire space was and the high quality kitchen items like pots, knives, and hot water kettle -- something rentals often forgo. This in addition to the well design space and quiet surroundings felt like a more premium rental and allowed us to fully relax and enjoy our vacation.

Very nice house
Everything about the house itself was fine. Our only problem was at check-in. The electronic lock on the door appeared to be off or non-operational, so that we had no opportunity to follow the entry instructions. We had to call and email the hosts while standing outside the door. Fortunately the owner responded quickly and unlocked the door remotely within a few minutes.

Beautiful Property
Such a perfectly decorated, relaxing space! The location was convenient being close to hiking and Eureka Springs. We loved hanging out on the deck taking in the views and the kitchen was so fun to cook in.
