Great Lake access and very helpful property manager
My brother and I take our mother on a weekend trip every year and decided on the Eureka Springs area this year. This home was perfect and seemed much larger than the 1700 sq feet listed. The walk from the house to the lake is easy but they allowed me to drive my truck to the water’s edge so we didn’t have to haul all the lake day equipment. All in all, the experience was fantastic.

Hiking & Boating
The property was beautiful! Huge lawn that goes right down to the lake/river. We put the boat in at Holiday Island marina,(just 5 min away) & picked the family up at the back yard. The house has lots of common space inside & outside and beautiful views of the lawn & trees & water. Big kitchen & master suite. Plenty of room for a big family gathering. We appreciated the extras like coffee, toiletries, the stand up paddle board & canoe & kayak. Everything was very nice!

Peaceful Beauty!
Just as advertised, and then some. Very clean, spacious open floor plan with great views and access to the water. The host was great and quick to respond to questions and special requests. Went to celebrate our anniversary with friends who were celebrating theirs' as well. We will have to come up with excuses to celebrate something just to get to go back.
