Charming Cottage in Historic District Close to Downtown

Come reside with us in our three-bedroom, 1000 sq ft, cottage (aptly named 'Moon Dreams Cottage') decorated with Victorian-style furnishings, including antique beds and armoire, stained glass lamps and art. Fully furnished kitchen and lovely hardwood floors throughout.
Washer/drier available. Lovely yard with magical yard art and back deck.
Weekly rental. Rent entire house with choice of 1, 2, or 3 bedrooms. When you rent MDC, the WHOLE house is yours, regardless how many bedrooms you choose. You pick the time you plan to stay. Rates determined by length of stay, number of guests, and number of bedrooms. Special rates available for longer stays. Call or email for quotes. Additional days start at $99.00 - $110.00.
Sleeps up to 6 people. Plenty of parking. We are located at 23 Fairmount St, only a short walk to downtown and only 1/2 block from a trolley stop. Perfect for individuals, couples, small groups, girlfriend getaways, small wedding parties, families with older children. No pets. No smoking.

My girls and I loved the charming decor of the cottage. It was convenient to the Trolley stop, which is a must in Eureka Springs. House was super clean and we'd stay again.

A group of us from high school had a girls weekend & truly loved staying in the Moon Dreams Cottage!! We chose it because of the Victorian Era decor!! It was cozy & very inviting!! We loved the location!! We would stay there again & recommend it to other friends planning a trip to Eureka Springs!!

perfect girls get away!
For my 30th birthday, my grandmother rented 6 of us ladies the beautiful cottage. It felt as if we were tucked away in the woods but right in the heart of everything. Plenty of parking. Right around the corner from the iconic Crescent. it was the perfect weekend!

We had a great time. Nice neighborhood. Right next to the Cresent Hotel. A lot of furniture in the bedrooms makes it a tight squeeze. Beds are soft. Plenty of extra bedding. Overall a great place to stay.

Moon Dreams Cottage
Delightful cottage with so many exquisite details such as lots of real stained glass and beautiful antiques. The beds were good and very beautiful, peaceful setting. My only complaint was that there wasn't very good water pressure in the shower.

The cottage is the cleanest house I have stayed in. The house was well stocked. We walked to the downtown area, but it is all up hill getting back to the house. Decorations was a little different than I expected.

Awesome little cottage
This place was excellent. Loved the Decor. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was as described. My mother and my sister couldn’t say enough good things about the place. Location was awesome. Very quick drive to downtown less than four minutes. You could walk it but there’s lots of big hills. Kathy was an awesome host. She was very quick to respond whenever we had questions.. will definitely stay there again.

Perfect Getaway!!
Decided on a whim to spend my birthday in Eureka Springs with some of my closest friends, and I immediately fell in love with the cottage from the listing alone! The decor and general vibe of the home spoke directly to my eclectic collector heart - the witchy and art nouveau-adjacent sensibilities made for such a wonderful backdrop for our weekend. Everything was thought of and easy to find, which made for a cosy night in with leftovers and pasta. We all enjoyed a calm morning on the porch - gorgeous views and a lovely cool breeze. The owners were quick in responding and very gracious. We hope to return in 2024! Thank you so much for sharing your home!

Great location, beautifully decorated
Great spot here, easily walkable to Eureka Springs restaurants, shops etc. yet on a quiet road. Outdoor furniture for relaxing, although need mosquito repellent! Cottage is beautifully furnished and the kitchen is fabulous for cooking - everything you need. Bedrooms are cosy. Would benefit from an ironing board and iron - unless we didn't find it! and some DVDs. Beaver lake is stunning. Took in the Rodeo of the Ozarks at Springdale - fabulous. Nearby Bentonville is lovely and Crystal Springs art museum is well worth a visit. You can wander just round the corner for cocktails on the balcony at the Crescent hotel.

Nice cottage. Complete. Would have liked to know we could have rented one or two rooms beforehand. We also didn’t care for the noncurtains on shower. Would have liked more TVs and more comfortable seating in tv area. It was hard to get in and out of driveway. Cottage had so many things available, but a little scary that keys were left in same place every time!

Cottage of My Dreams!
Four of us shared this lovely cottage over Halloween weekend and we had a great time. I loved the quiet setting, though it was quite a hike up the road from downtown. We enjoyed walking to Ermilio's nearby for dinner and, since we live in different cities, we enjoy having a common area to spend time in (rather than hotel rooms). The cottage was thoughtfully decorated and the details were outstanding. I loved the little framed signs with instructions in them. My one recommendation, to echo other reviewers, is to consider larger, more comfortable living room furniture (such as two full-sized sofas). We four adults (two couples) stayed in one evening to watch a movie and play games. The living room furniture is very nice and fits the space, but it's not cozy. Thank you for a great stay!

Family weekend
We enjoyed the seclusion of the cottage, however there were some things we all feel could and should be changed to better any future renters. The crystal room has absolutely no air flow in it. No fan or window unit. The Pegasus room has a fan that barely puts off any air. All rooms should have a window unit especially during this hot season. Also, you have nice stained glass decorations in the Pegasus room & bathroom windows, however anyone standing outside (neighbors) can just see right in. This just isn't okay especially when it comes to the bathroom. That is no privacy. And lastly, the living room furniture, although cute, is not logical for several people to comfortably sit.
