"Rauma is a lovely place. CityHovi is not. It is a 2 star hotel. Cleaners were great. Receptionist was ignorant in the morning. Did not say goodbye at checkout. Paperwork had to be filled in despite doing it all online….so lazy. Basic basic basic. Do not redo,mend and believe double the price it should have been. Single bed comfy. "The bathroom floor rug wasn’t clear at all, it is black and white color and could see hair and the white color was gray. There were no direction on which parking to use as all are reserved so were confusing. Also there were no hand soap, only shampoo. I think a shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are standard along with hand soap and body lotion. Just small things would make a big difference but overall it was nice, thank you! Otherwise the place is so clean. "
