"Rauma is a lovely place. CityHovi is not. It is a 2 star hotel. Cleaners were great. Receptionist was ignorant in the morning. Did not say goodbye at checkout. Paperwork had to be filled in despite doing it all online….so lazy. Basic basic basic. Do not redo,mend and believe double the price it should have been. Single bed comfy. Linen did not smell of detergent, it did not smell of anything. Breakfast and coffee ok. Do not recommend. Better hotels for better rates. Also if Rauma hotels want to rip tourists off recommend stay elsewhere and visit the wooden town as there is little else there. "

"Very large comfortable room, spacious and clean with good kettle and choices of teas, but no fresh milk. Good bathroom, decent breakfast. The staff were very helpful especially as we turned up a little early and they still allowed us into our room"

"The bathroom floor rug wasn’t clear at all, it is black and white color and could see hair and the white color was gray. There were no direction on which parking to use as all are reserved so were confusing. Also there were no hand soap, only shampoo. I think a shower gel, shampoo and conditioner are standard along with hand soap and body lotion. Just small things would make a big difference but overall it was nice, thank you! Otherwise the place is so clean. "

"Staff was very accommodating & pleasant. Room was very clean. Beds comfortable. I did have a lot of unplugged wiring in my room & lights by bed were burned out. Except for those items, my stay was great."
