The front entrance is located on the top level, which opens into a single open living space with large sitting area, decorative fireplace, dining area, bar counter, half bathroom and kitchen with a large island. There are reclining chairs facing large panoramic windows and an outdoor patio offering views of the Willamette River and Autzen Stadium.
The second level has 3 bedrooms, including a master bedroom with sitting area and ensuite bathroom with a tub, a second bedroom with king size bed, and a third bedroom with two queen beds. There is a shared full bathroom, common reading area, office space, outdoor patio and laundry area on that same level.
The bottom level has a private spa and sauna and massage table, with full bathroom facilities including twin showers.

This Skyline house is located just off Franklin Blvd, in a quiet residential neighborhood on a tree-covered hill, next to the University of Oregon.
Skyline sits on the side of this butte overlooking the city of Eugene and the Autzen stadium. It also faces west offering beautiful sunset views.
It is a 5 minute drive to the University of Oregon, Hayward Field and Matthew Knight Arena, and a 10 minute drive to Autzen Stadium.
Skyline is a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Hendricks Park and a minute's walk to the famous Pre's Rock.
Access:
Driving or shared rides is the main way to get to Skyline. There is a 2-car parking garage that can be opened from the inside, and a 2-car driveway.
Other important information:
There is a separate studio apartment on the bottom level rented out to a long term tenant, who enters the apartment through a separate back entrance, and is not able to enter your private space. The tenant will also observe the same House Rules including quiet hours between 10pm and 8am.
